Only Lovers Left Alive

“Only Lovers Left Alive” (Jarmusch, 2013) is a black comedy film about the artistic, sophisticated, and centuries-old vampire lovers Eve and Adam. As the couple ponders their place in modern society amidst the downward spiral of humanity.

My re-design is set in the 1770s, where the sociopolitical landscape was changing in ways not dissimilar to today. Set during the dying breath of Rococo artistry, my design explores the harmony between opulence and decay.
